Subway Chic

Jasmine and I had a full day of shopping down 5th Ave and SoHo, and on our way back to Gramercy we decided to stop for a bite to eat at the Shake Shack. Always a good choice, and the line was pretty decent that evening! We also had some fun snapping a few photos amongst all the other people in the subway...it's so funny getting stares! Oh what we do for fashion!

Fashion Magazine Feature

I was recently featured in the Winter 2012 issue of Fashion Magazine from a photo taken back during Western Canada Fashion Week. It is super exciting to be featured in such a great Canadian fashion magazine! I was featured wearing my DIY fur vest, Gap denim shirt, and Sperry Top Slider leopard heels. Brooklyn Flea

Kaila, Liz, and I went to the Greenpoint Brooklyn Flea Market on Saturday. It was a really charming set-up. There is an eclectic selection of food, clothing, shoes, jewelry, and furniture. 

Kaila ended up buying an amazing fur muff which doubles as a clutch. It's so cute and absolutely perfect for winter. I fell in love with the huge selection of glasses and sunnies. All the quirky thick-rimmed frames made me wish I wore prescription glasses. And the fire-roasted pizza we got from Pizza Moto was zamazzzeee! 

This Saturday will be the last outdoor session of Brooklyn Flea for the season. But the winter session with continue inside starting November 26. It's definitely worth checking out

Autumn in New York

Jasmine and I went to Tartine down in Greenwich Village for brunch this morning. The Croque Monsieur was delicious! We sat outside and watched the autumn leaves fall. It is such nice weather for November in NYC!
